Who We Are
MYM Facilities Management LLC is a UAE-based company delivering a comprehensive range of facility, MEP, and maintenance services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are the Dubai branch of a UK-founded enterprise, bringing over a decade of professional experience and a reputation for excellence.
Founded by Yousef Mughal, a UK-based Electrical and Electronics Engineer, MYM grew out of a successful healthcare business launched in 2015. In 2025, Yousef expanded into the facilities management industry, combining his engineering expertise with operational excellence. The Dubai branch was launched to bring the same high standards of technical service to the UAE.
Our Managing Partner, Frank Jhon, brings 10+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry. Originally from Pakistan and based in the UAE for 6 years, Frank plays a strategic role in overseeing operations and business growth.
